At NFHS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports gear you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing by our warehouse team.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, then securely tape it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items pass inspection.
